In a word, top-notch. 5 star treatment and absolutely top echelon professionalism.On the other hand, the restaurant staff were unprofessional and rude, making for a very unpleasant experience. I had just arrived. A pugnacious worker yelled at me that my bike was not allowed inside. I was checking in at that moment, and there wasno need to yell at me. Utterly mean and unprofessional conduct.The reception staff member helped me load my bike into the hostel’s garage. When I asked about room service, I was told to order in person.When I asked for a menu from the wait staff, he glanced at the menus atop a piece of furniture — and then walked away. I was famished, so I grabbed a menu. I asked my brother to order for me, as I did not want to be treated needlessly unprofessionally nor rudely again by the two restaurant employees. In a word, jerks. They need a lot more training in respecting guests of all colors and sexes, and how to comport themselves professionally with all guests, not just the ones they like. (My brother said he was treatednicely.)The room is actually a nice size, updated, very pleasant apartment, modern furnishings and a separate bedroom, small living area with a kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, medium size kitchen sink, a good amount of cutlery and cookware, and a washer. The shower is a walk-in with no tub. The modern windows have soundproofing, making for a blissfully quiet apartment.I removed 1 star for the 2 unprofessional and rude restaurant male employees. ler menos

Friendly welcoming staff and both couples had great little suites - one ground floor, opening out onto a small shared terrace where we could enjoy a quiet drink before heading out to eat, the other a duplex above us. Comfortable, well equipped for our needs and the delivery of a breakfast basket for our early start in the morning was terrific. We'd love to come back and stay here as a base to fully explore Santarem and the surrounding area. ler menos

Everything about this place shines - comfortable beds, separate bathrooms for each dorm room, well set up communal area & a great restaurant downstairs. Exceptionally clean. And the staff were the most friendly & helpful, even to the point of having our breakfast delivered the night before for us to take as we were leaving early the next morning. If I could give more than 5 stars for both the service & rooms, I would. ler menos

I was in my bikepacking trip and here you can leave your bike in a private garage. The hostel is also a very cool restaurant ( Peruvian/Japanese) and l was so surprised to see how the single detail in this hostel make the difference in everything...rooms, bathroom, kitchen... everything inside is projected to be super easy to keep clean, lasting over time and comfortable. I couldn't resist congratulating with the owner of the hostel, an amazing lady. The location is exactly in the center! Really recommend it! ler menos

Uma decoração moderna, simples e muito bonita. Tem um excelente frigorífico. Todos os utensílios necessários o que é excelente. Tive algum frio no quarto mesmo com o ar condicionado no máximo pois só há um no corredor e não aquece muito o quarto, talvez tendo a opção de ter um cobertor mais quente caso os clientes necessitem seja uma ideia. Houve-se barulho só é um pouco aborrecido quando se está hospedado em trabalho. Mas de resto nada a apontar, pelo contrário até porque foram generosos em facultar a hospedagem. Apenas pequenos pormenores. ler menos
